College of Forest Resources Research Highlights

Research in the College of Forest Resources will be highlighted by in-person presentations by faculty and graduate students from the Department of Forestry, the Department of Sustainable Bioproducts, and the Department of Wildlife, Fisheries and Aquaculture. Each Department will highlight one faculty member and one graduate student during the meeting. From Forestry, the faculty speaker will be Dr. Christine Fortuin, and the graduate student speaker will be Charles Burdine; the faculty speaker from Sustainable Bioproducts will be Dr. Laya Khademibami and the graduate student speaker will be Asi Ebeheakey; the faculty speaker from WFA will be Dr. Kristine Evans, and the graduate student speaker will be Simone Danisi. Each presentation will be brief, but will highlight the breadth, excellence, and overall relevance of research in the CFR. To highlight the excellence of undergraduate research in the college, the speaking event will be followed by an undergraduate research scholars' poster session with light refreshments.
